i'm all new to this things... never used linux before and atm i'm
learning by doing...

i have a vps with full root access, lxadmin & lighttpd is installed
and configured... i managed to get xcache installed on the server with
success... but i can't say the same thing for mod_cache..

i have no clue how to install this mod... i downloaded the .patch file
via wget onto the root dir, but that's all.... yum install patch
filename.patch didn't work and i tried several things, all without
success :(

could anyone help me out?

OS is CentOS5.x
