Freebsd's lighttpd 1.4.22 port has it's own patches.
Modcache 1.7.0 changes a lot on lighttpd 1.4.22 and freebsd's own lighttpd
patch can't apply on patched lighttpd

The guys from lighttpd don't want to include the module and FreeBSD
breaks the patch.. nice!
