I'm a Linux user and I am using Firefox 12 with SPDY enabled, and I am
using mod_spdy on my Linux server as well. SPDY has been available for
Linux-based systems for a long time. Maybe you can be more precise in
what you mean? In which product or project do you want to see SPDY?

Actually yes, because you can just compile the source for redhat. In my opinion it will work on any linux platform that supports apache and some ssl implementation.
