I believe it does not.
This seems like a good time to mention that we would gladly welcome patches
to mod_spdy. (-: If anyone on this list has experience with writing
Apache modules and wants to figure out what it would take to port mod_spdy
to Apache 2.4 (or fix/improve any other aspect of mod_spdy), please do drop
me a line.

No, It does not work, I tried to fix the problem but Im still wondering where to start.. google suffers a heavy NIH syndrome and likes to use obscure build systems and bundled libraries, even the source code of apache and its libraries are bundled and tied to the build process... for the start there are symbol clashes and incompatibilites just caused by bundling older apache/apr/apr-util..

Did you (or anyone else) start working porting mod_spdy to Apache 2.4? The Fedora team would like to add mod_spdy to Fedora but this is not possible since Fedora has Apache 2.4: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=809599
