I am attempting to use mod_spdy and am having trouble getting it to fully
cooperate. We are using Redhat 2.6.32-131.0.15.el6.x86_64 and Apache 2.2.15
prefork.

After installing, my pages become mostly unresponsive. There are a bunch of
errors in the log. I will summarize them below:

[stream 3] [13408:13448:WARNING:http_to_spdy_filter.cc(113)]

There are also some strange PHP errors when I have mod_spdy enabled where
classes or functions that do exist cannot be found.
