Removal of Dojo and JSAN support

Just wondering -- is there anyone out there using MochiKit as a JSAN
or Dojo package? Bob and I recently discussed removing the support
code from MochiKit, since it seems kind of out-dated. Also, the Dojo
support has been pretty broken before without anybody noticing for a
long time.

Any protests? Otherwise I'll just go ahead and clean it up in 1.5.
