Stubbed methods in superclasses not always getting returned to their original state

Hi folks,

A while ago Gareth Reeves emailed me about a possible bug in Mocha
regarding the stubbing of methods in superclasses not always getting
returned to their original state. I've finally got round to writing
this up as a bug report [1].

I'm pretty busy at the moment, so if anyone fancies having a look into
this and (a) writing a failing Mocha acceptance test; and/or (b)
suggesting a fix if necessary, I'd be very grateful.

Comment on the Lighthouse ticket if you start working on it so we
don't step on each others' toes.
