Server Problems

Hi All,

We are facing some server problems. When we try to upload from the
phone, it says upload failed. This is the error log for the server.
Any idea what could be the problem?

Also, we did not install the demo data as we thought it would be
difficult to
remove the demo data later. But it seems that we need this demo data
to load
the basic forms and load some OpenMRS concepts.

Currently, the demo server is inaccessible from my side.
There is an example of the form from the directory
/openmrs/admin/forms/formViewXslt.form?formId=1

If some can e-mail me this form, then I can add it to our OpenMRS form
directory.
