It's been a while and SO much as happened in just this passed couple of months since we met with our reps in DC. The SF SAR bill passed, and while it is fantastic to give the issue attention, posting SAR on cell phones does not protect human health as even the lowest emission SAR phone can cause a brain tumor.  However, since it passed in SF, Dennis Kucinich has picked up the bill and added funding for research which is of course needed, so that is good.  Whether or not he is going to post a real health warning in addition to the posting of SAR remains to be seen. He has not yet gone public with the language of the bill and although we are hopeful, we fear he may only be posting SAR. So we continue with our quest for an actual health warning label on all cell phones.

Attached, please find 2 letters of inquiry, one to the FCC and one to the FDA which our lobbying sister organization, American Association For Cell Phone Safety (we are limited in our lobbying ability per 501c3 status) was asked to write by some of the reps we met with in DC.

I would think anything in these letters would be applicable to countries outside the US since this cover up of health effects is global, so please take what you can from them and write your own letters to your own agencies.

Liz
