Frogs deformed and dying

The Ontario Energy Board have been ordered by the Ontario Minister of
Energy to find a way of solving ground current electricity from harming
farm animals. In the attached report a fifteen year old girl indirectly
provides the answers that the highly paid O.E.B. consultants have so
far, been unable to provide.

The report also shows that the O.E.B. should be considering the harm
that ground current electrical pollution is causing to the entire
environment and take appropriate action to stop the harm being caused.

Dear Paul,

I would like to share a report that a 10th grade student wrote about
frogs and why they are so often deformed. She asked Mr. Dave Stetzer to
help take the measurements and I assisted. The measurements reported are
accurate as Dave Stetzer is a measurement expert.
