yesterday and today. I've just finished translating it. It
is about a woman
Angela Jaen Martin who committed suicide after the city
allowed a cell tower
within 50 meters of her home after she was already
suffering from EHS. There
are links to video interviews with her and to the Spanish
EHS movie.
The newly formed Spanish EHS
organization, Electrosensitive for the Right to Health is
asking that this
information is distributed as widely as possible,
including to the press.
The email below is sent by Minerva Palomar who received
full disability recognition
for EHS by ruling of a Spanish court.

from someone
else in Spain. It is excellent except for the last line
about the "club"
of EHS. There is a way to freedom from the "club" of EHS
and that is
through dismantling this wireless system in whatever form
it exists, And that's
what we are working on.

sad situation of beginning
our journey with the death of a person affected by
electrohypersensitivity.
Angela Martin took her
life yesterday, having neither the power nor the wish to
live with the
great affliction that causes this suffering.
After a year of constant searching for a place clear of
electromagnetic
pollution for part of her family, Angela could not
tolerate in recent days a
new emission source of this type of radiation in the home
in which she had
taken refuge. The symptoms returned
strongly with devastating effects on her nervous system,
and Angela did not
have the strength to endure them.

We condemn the
impassivity and neglect of the appropriate authorities,
that Angela was
forced to flee from the home she lived in due to high
levels of radiation from
a cell tower located 50 meters from her home. Regarding
all of this, the
authorities of Pinto where she lived did not give a single
response, despite her
petitions and those of her family. In addition, she
suffered from inadequate attention
from health care officials who did not accept the origin
of her symptoms and
treated the problem as psychiatric; this made her
situation and suffering worse.
This case is representative of the suffering that all of
us so affected are
currently experiencing in that we do not find adequate
medical treatment nor any
institutional assistance regarding the uncontrolled
increase of this type of
radiation that makes us sick.

health authorities of the very serious situation in which

We call repeatedly:
it is an urgent necessity to address this health problem
generated by the massive uncontrolled exposure to
electromagnetic radiation in a society in which it is not
possible to find a
corner free of this pollution; where wireless networks and
mobile telephones and
wireless have invaded every place: hospitals, health
centers, trains, subways,
buses, schools, colleges, homes, etc.; that there are many
people who are
sick, losing their health, their jobs, and their homes,
without receiving any
support or protection. This is despite the warnings of
health risks launched in
multiple scientific statements,[i]
recommendations of the European Union,[ii]
and the recent classification of possibly carcinogenic by

We denounce as well the collusion and absence
of intervention regarding this grave public health problem

this spreading technology on the health of its citizens,

PRENSA. Ante el suicidio de Ángela Jaen.
Afectada de Hipersensibilidad Electromagnética.
Desde la
ASOCIACIÓN DE ELECTROSENSIBLES POR EL
DERECHO A LA SALUD, nos vemos en la triste situación de
comenzar nuestra
andadura con la muerte de una persona afectada por
Electrohipersensibilidad.
Ángela
Martin se quitó ayer la vida
al no poder ni querer vivir con el gran sufrimiento que
produce este
padecimiento.
Tras un año de constante búsqueda de un lugar
limpio de contaminación electromagnética por parte de su
familia, Ángela no
pudo soportar en los últimos días una nueva inmisión de
este tipo de
radiaciones en la vivienda en la que se había refugiado.
Los
síntomas reaparecieron con fuerza con efectos devastadores
para su sistema
nervioso y Ángela no tuvo la fuerza de resistirlo.
Denunciamos
la impasividad y la desatención de autoridades competentes
que vivió Ángela que
se vio obligada a huir de su casa con altísimos niveles de
radiación afectada
por una antena de telefonía situada a 50 metros de la
misma. Ante todo esto,
las autoridades de Pinto, donde residía, no le dieron
ninguna respuesta, pese a
sus peticiones y las de su familia. Además sufrió una
atención inadecuada de
los responsables de salud por la no aceptación del origen
de su sintomatología,
tratando el problema como psiquiátrico, que vino a agravar
su situación y
padecimiento. Este caso es representativo del sufrimiento
que actualmente estamos
experimentando todas las personas afectadas que no
encontramos tratamiento sanitario
adecuado ni ningún apoyo institucional ante el aumento
descontrolado de este
tipo de radiaciones que nos enferman.
Desde la asociación de reciente creación Electrosensibles
por el derecho a la salud, mostramos
nuestra consternación ante estos hechos y lanzamos una
llamada de atención a la
opinión pública, autoridades políticas y sanitarias de la
grave situación en que nos encontramos las personas con
Electrohipersensibilidad.
Reclamamos
la necesidad urgente de atender este problema de salud
generado por la masiva
exposición descontrolada de radiaciones electromagnéticas,
en una sociedad en
la que no es posible encontrar un rincón libre de esta
contaminación, donde las redes wifi y de telefonía móvil e
inalámbrica han
invadido todo lugar: Hospitales, Centros de salud, trenes,
metro, autobuses, Escuelas,
Universidades, Domicilios, etc., que están enfermando a
muchas personas que
pierden su salud, su trabajo y sus casas, sin recibir
ningún apoyo y
protección. Todo ello a pesar de las alertas de los
riesgos para la salud,
lanzadas en múltiples declaraciones
científicas, recomendaciones
de la UE, y de la reciente clasificación
de posiblemente cancerígeno por parte de la OMS.
Denunciamos también la connivencia y ausencia de
intervención ante este
grave problema de salud pública por parte de las
autoridades políticas, que
ceden ante las presiones del lobby de industria de las
telecomunicaciones y se
decantan por los beneficios económicos sin atender los
efectos negativos de
este despliegue tecnológico sobre la salud de sus
ciudadanos, ignorando la aplicación del principio de
precaución, que contribuiría a hacer compatible la
tecnología con la vida
saludable.
Animamos a todas las personas afectadas de
Electrohipersensibilidad a organizarse, autoapoyarse y
luchar para conseguir una vida
digna con salud, para evitar que nadie se vuelva a
encontrar en la situación de
Ángela.

Yesterday, Wednesday, November 28, Angela died; she
committed suicide because she could not endure the
physical and psychological
pain that electrohypersensitivity produces.
I remember her words in the interview she did for
television: "This is completely bad" after declaring
publicly about
the medical neglect which she encountered. With the
authorities in Pinto, where
she lived, it was no better: they turned a deaf ear to her
complaints about the
state of her health and her pain of losing the freedom to
go out or live with
the windows open as she had always liked: a base station
(cell tower) with multiple
antennas at 50 meters from her house made her shield walls
and windows so that
the microwaves bounced and did not pass freely into her
home.
The savage proliferation of antennas that municipalities
and
governments allow operators to construct, without safe
distances, condemned her
to the loneliness of her four walls, making a person sick
who was not sick,
subject to all kinds of pain and unbearable sensations
such as dryness and
burning of the throat and tongue and continuous headaches.
The grief of having lost
the freedom of going outside or watching the comings and
goings of people
through her windows has ended up undermining her will and
desire to continue
fighting. Luckily she knew the protection of her family
and especially the
value of her son and his immense efforts to make visible
her problem.
Although so much good effort has been in vain, we hope
that
her death is not.
The question is how many will have to take their lives
here,
how many electrosensitive people will have to die for the
central and regional
government, let alone our own fellow citizens of this
country, to begin considering
the problem with the responsibility and the respect it
deserves?
Ultimately, we are all affected, and the number of people
who
are electrohypersensitive is growing exponentially. The
problem is that many do
not know that their symptoms are due to being affected by
continuous exposure
to microwave radiation. When they can finally recognize
the causal relationship,
it is often too late.

the first electrosensitive person to have won a trial in
Spain whose judgment
recognizes her EHS and grants total disability work
benefits.
Minerva is president of an association of

Ayer
miércoles, día 28 de noviembre murió Ángela, se suicidó
porque no pudo aguantar el dolor
físico y psiquico que produce la electrohipersensiblidad.
Recuerdo sus palabras en la entrevista que le hicieron
para la televisión:
"esto acaba mal" después de confesar públicamente el
abandono
médico en el que se encontraba. Con las autoridades
de Pinto, donde
vivía, no le fue mejor: hicieron oidos sordos a sus quejas
sobre su estado
de salud y a su dolor de haber perdido la libertad de
salir y vivir con la
ventanas abiertas como siempre le gustó: una estación base
con varias
antenas a 50 metros de su vivienda le obligó a apantallar
paredes y ventanas de
forma que las microondas rebotaran y no pasaran libremente
a su vivienda.
La salvaje proliferación de antenas que ayuntamientos y
gobiernos permiten
hacer a las operadoras, sin distancias de seguridad la
condenó a la soledad de
sus cuatro paredes, convirtiéndola en una persona
enfermiza que no enferma,
sujeta a todo tipo de dolores y sensaciones insoportables
como la sequedad y
quemazón de la garganta y la lengua, dolores continuos de
cabeza. La
pena de haber perdido la libertad de salir a la calle o
ver el ir y venir
de la gente a través de sus ventanas han terminado por
minar su voluntad y el
deseo de seguir luchando. Por suerte conoció el abrigo de
su familia y
especialmente el valor de su hijo y sus inmensos esfuerzos
por hacer visible su
problema.
Si bien tanto esfuerzo ha sido en vano, esperamos que su
muerte no lo sea.
La pregunta es cuántos tendrán que quitarse la vida
aquí, cuántos
electrohipersensibles tendrán que morir para que el
gobierno central y
autonómico por no hablar de los propios ciudadanos y
ciudadanas de nuestro
país comiencen a plantearse el problema con la
responsabilidad y el
respeto que se merece.
En definitiva, afectados somos todos y el número de
personas
electrohipersensibles crece de forma exponencial. El
problema es que muchos ni
saben que sus síntomas se deben a estar afectados por la
exposición continua a
microondas. Cuando por fin pueden reconocer la relación
causa efecto suele ser
demasiado tarde.
Dejo un video que muestra una entrevista con Minerva, la
primera persona electrohipersensible
que ha ganado un juicio en España cuyo sentencia reconoce
su EHS y le concede
la incapacidad total laboral.
Minerva es presidenta de una asociación de
electrohipersensibles a nivel
estatal y coordinadora de la PLATAFORMA ESTATAL CONTRA LA
CONTAMINACIÓN
ELECTROMAGNÉTICA.
Somos muy consciente de lo esperpéntico que se ve su
imagen desde fuera, desde
dentro es otra cosa. Pero hay algo que todos debemos saber
y es que en este
club cada vez menos exquisito se entra sin llamar y para
salir solo hay una
puerta que pocos querrían abrir.
