YouTube Video: Foiling a "smart" meter on the street, San Francisco CA, You Tube (Aluminum foil or coffee can) Uses GIGAHERTZ SOLUTIONS made in Germany HF35C HF-ANALYSER to measure MicroWatt emissions per meter squared (eg. 13,900 µW/m2 = 1.39 µW/cm2 with 20db attenuator (changes sensitivity by a factor of 100). Add two zeros to get power density reading in microwatts per meter squared (µW/m2). Upper limit on read-out is 199,900 µW/m2.
