But based on long empirical evidence, Building Biology Evaluation
Guidelines of the Building Biology Institute (Germany) provide the
following guidelines for exposure:
<0.1 ?W/m2 (0.00001 ?W/cm2) - no concern = which means <0,006 V/m for
pulsed microwaves.
On the McLean report attached, you'll find in Appendix 1:
BIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF MICROWAVES BELOW U.S. & CANADA�S REGULATORY LIMIT.
Moreover, the petition don't take in account the cell phone exposition,
which regulation gives 1,6 W/kg in U.S. In Switzerland, the limit is 2 W/kg.
But for biological effects, it's stated that:
0.0004 W/kg affects blood brain barrier;
0.00015 W/kg affects calcium in heart;
0.000021 W/kg enhances cell proliferation.
