It turns out that Swedish and USA smokers get lung cancer earlier than
people in Japan do at the same smoking level. Our model study took
into account smoking prevalence in the different countries and we
found that people in Japan can stand smoking for longer times before
the lung cancer risk goes up.

Among possible environmental factors, electromagnetic radiation is
thought to be of importance to explain this difference. The paper can
