US bases and EMF RF emissions in
Italy: Related health conditions

INTRODUCTION
In Italian context CNR-MCS Committee got unofficial informations
about maxi emission by US military RF sources. An US official based
near Venice told to a Electrosensitive Group member (she is an
Occupational MD) about very high RF emissions: "Italy is very
important for our strategy in this part of the world..." This
means only that US bases need high power RF sources to keep under
control Russian, Middle Eastern and Gulf Area. As confirmed from
several reports and media USA thinks to attack Iran. So since one
year we assume there is more radar and high power electronic
installations activity by NATO /US bases, including C4I sites
(Command , Control, Communication, Computer and Intelligence). An
important C4I emission source has planned in Taranto Gulf also
(Southern Italy).
That indiscretion was confirmed from some RF measurements in
several towns in Northern East Italy. Most important US bases are
located in this area, and other parts of Italy Livorno, Naples,
Maddalena, etc. Well, Electrosensitive Group measured between 5 and 6
Giga Hertz at 60 Volt/meter (ten times more than law limits). Radio
base for mobile video phones works at 2-3 Giga Hertz. There is not
control by Regional Health Departments because of, unbelieving, they
have not instruments to measure until to 300 GigaHertz but only to 3
Giga Hertz (only Piemonte Health Department took a rent 300 GHertz
instrument but they have not US bases). Italian law prescribes
measurements until to 300 GHz.
As confirmed from several researchers (Johansson et al.) EMF /RF
are very important to trigger chronic degenerative diseases
(Alzheimer, Parkinson, MCS/EHS, other allergies, ME, cancer,
leukemia, autoimmune diseases, depleted immune system in healthy
people, in etc. ) together chemicals, molds and toxic nanoparticles.
But EMF RF are able to damage DNA faster giving more cell oxidative
stress than other factors.
This comes also from our small experience from 700 MCS cases. Most
of them live in high RF EMF emission areas near US and Italian
military bases. But not only.
Every time a new communication emission was introduced we noted
more cases within that years. In Italythis happened in 1995-1996
(GSM),2000-2001 (GSM II), and 2003-2004 (UMTS and WI-FI in large
cities), 2006-2007 (WI-MAX transmission tests) . We know also many
healthy people were more sick in latest year in different areas of
Italy.
Clearly our observations are not scientific but these are
indicative of certain trends in previous researches. In Italy we have
not epidemiological plan about MCS and EHS but Italian law, again one
time, prescribes that. Also statistical reports on cancer and
allergies are very "creative" not realty based, to mask

At the present would be very important a good investigation on MCS
realized from public network but there is censorship from Government
and all journalists talk about psyco-drug remedies for fatigue,
depression, etc. If my report will be accepted I intend to propose CS
EXCHANGE doctors and researcher as experts because of we have not in
