We have had several reports today TV and Radio National. It seems to me that the mainstream media are discovering the problem. But I also think that they mostly raise questions for themselves !

Advises to correctly view videos in High Definition (HD):
Next-up broadcasts HD videos to allow for direct projection on giant screens or TV during meetings, conferences, seminars, lectures of the National Education, etc. . . Nevertheless ADSL flux variations at different times of the day can disturb this diffusion. As a consequence to have a good visualization, you just need to activate the pause button upon opening of the video sequence in order to allow the whole video to download on the computer. When this is done (check the cursor of the remote loading in dark gray) the video can then be viewed under optimal conditions.
