wi-fi @ downtown conference center

Hi,
I was going to handle the wi-fi for the mobilebarcodecamp, but is
there a need for it at the Downtown Conference Center? I see on their
menu of choices, they have an option for wired connectivity, but do
the offer wi-fi?

Hey Craig,

thank you for your offer! During the past NYC camp we used meraki mesh-routers (4 of them I think) and they plugged in easily into the T1 provided at the center. If you would like to get in touch with Jose Marinez, who helped us the past time, I have cc'ed him.

Good point: Getting all sessions recorded simultaneously is our goal and in this regard, we would like to call out the upcoming participants for their help. We will have video phones available with exchangeable memorycards.
