Hi all,

We're a non-profit organization that works on economic fairness and
consumer protection issues. Our issue areas include reining in
predatory lending, advocating for foreclosure reforms, and helping
consumers avoid the financial tricks and traps of the financial
industry.

We're looking for help (or direction) on developing a mobile app that
would facilitate the collection of information and photos on
foreclosed properties in users' neighborhoods, with the goal of
raising awareness of the need for relief and to hold banks
accountable. Budget=limited (see the non-profit descriptor above), but
we'd be breaking ground on a critical issue that's affecting all of
our communities.

If you're interested in finding out more, email me at
sc...@ouroregon.org or call the Our Oregon office at 503-239-8029.

Scott, you may want to post your idea on CivicApps.org, Portland's
open source initiative. Perhaps CivicApps community members can help.
Your app would then be open source and can be shared with other cities
and regions.
