ANN: Sync Gateway a1c4

It’s April 46 today, so there’s not much time left to get the Sync Gateway to alpha by the end of the month! Fortunately the problems with the 3rd party JavaScript library (Otto) have been resolved, so here’s a new candidate:

If you prefer to build from source, check out the ‘a1c4’ tag, which is also the tip of the ‘stable’ branch. Make sure to run ‘git submodule update’.
Besides Otto-related changes, this also includes a fix (621c64f) that lets the _changes feed detect changes to the user’s channel access while it’s waiting for docs to update.
