Yes Mobicents-JAIN-SLEE can work as a SIP-AS node integrated with OpenIMSCore.

And Mobicents JAIN-SLEE on its own can also take care of Signaling specific services.

Have a look at the example section, Sip-services, Sip-wakeup etc....
