Hello all,

Attached are the reports of a performance test that Mobicents Jain-SLEE 2.0.0.BETA2 was subjected to.
1 Million SIP calls were handled by sip11-loadtest-with-dialogs example at a call rate of 450 calls/second.

From the SIPp report we can see that only one call failed, and that the number of retransmissions was low (less than 40k).
The response time numbers are also very interesting, with the average below 50ms.

For the first time a vmstat report allow us to see some other parameters, like CPU usage. It was about 75%.

Comparing with previous Jain-SLEE versions, these numbers are a huge boost in performance.
We are very exited about it and looking forward to improve it even further.

Regards,

The test was done under the following conditions:

Host: qa03.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com

Processor: Quad-Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 2356, 1200 MHz, cache size: 512 KB)

Mobicents Jain-SLEE 2.0.0.BETA2 with Sip Resource Adaptor and sip11-loadtest-with-dialogs example from SVN. All logs disabled.

Using top command you can see the memory used by Java, so could you
see if the memory rises indefinitely?

This happened with me with Mobicents Jain-SLEE 2.0.0.BETA1, with BETA2
I have not tested yet.

Thanks.

Normandes, this test has no leaks for both 1.2 and 2.0 versions, you can run it for 100M calls if you want.
