How could I download MGCP RA for mobicents 2.x.y?

MGCP RA is not available with binary as of now hence you need to checkout the code from trunk
http://code.google.com/p/mobicents/source/browse/#svn/trunk/servers/jain-slee/resources/mgcp
set JBOSS_HOME env variable pointing to your mobicents jslee server and call mvn clean install
In few days from now Mobicents JSLEE Server 2.0.0.Beta2 is due and you will get MGCP binary with that.
