My situtation:

Twinkle(Softphone) on PC: 192.168.1.132
Mobicent on PC: 192.168.1.156

Mobicent: mobicents-all-1.2.1.GA-jboss-4.2.3.GA.zip
Media demo i downloaded from here:
http://repository.jboss.org/maven2/org/mobicents/servlet/sip/example/media-playback-servlet/1.4/media-playback-servlet-1.4.war

and I did everything like here: http://www.mobicents.org/media-demo.html

Twinkle can ring to mobicent, call is setup, but i didn't hear
anything.

My server.log i will try to add in attache.

Thanks.

If you play this file
/home/kzimnicki/mobicent/jboss-4.2.3.GA/bin/speech.wav with a normal
media player does it say anything?

Your twinkle is pretty old, any chance you could switch to a more recent version such as 1.4.2 to see if you still have the problem or send us a wireshark trace so that we can check if the RTP stream is correctly sent ?

Check codec list. MMS and softphone can pickup different codecs. To be sure reduce number of codecs in phone to only one.
