Mnemosyne docs & stdout mention that user statistics are uploaded into a single large database. Where could one get this database currently?

If you send me a link where I can upload 1Gb of data, I can send you the raw
logs. There is new code to parse the logs, but I haven't yet run it to
completion after a few days of parsing :-(

It's a really scary database...

Sure, as it has always been. I've made it available to roughly half a dozen
people so far. (haven't heard anything back, though).
