I've got a mainboard I bought from General Nanosystems about a year
ago. I'm using the onboard video, which advertises itself as "NVIDIA
GeForce 7050/NVIDIA nForce 610i".

I've long since lost track of where video cards are going. Can anyone
recommend a decent upgrade for less than $100?

My benchmark is the Bioshock demo. I really can't run it acceptably
fast even at the most modest graphics settings.

Thanks for any tips.

What kind of slots does your system have for video?

Then you are set. Just look here for a discussion of what cards run the
best and pick one that fits your budget:

Make sure your power supply can handle it, though. Newer cards require
one or sometimes 2 special power connections.
