May your potatoes ' n gravy have nary a lump.
May your yams be delicious. May your pies take the prize.
May your Thanksgiving dinner stay off of your thighs.
May you all have a blessed and safe thanksgiving!

life is full of choices. choices have consequences
Thanks, Mike....I can now respond to you re: a Happy Thanksgiving.
And yes, mine was but I'm beat. 2 pumpkins pies, 1 pecan pie, 1 apple
pie from the freezer, my famous mashed potatoes, gravy, turkey from
Trader Joes this year, BUT my famous black cherry jello did NOT jell
which is a first for me. Funny thing about it that it was the second
batch as I had started it early and when I went to look for the Mogan
David Blackberry wine (yes, you HAVE to use that kind), it seems
someone in the house had dumped it months ago. I mean "down the
drain". Well, by the time the liquor stores opened, the jello was too
far gone so I had to make another batch. Except this time I didn't
have another can of cherries so off to the store again to buy another
can. Well, it wasn't me that "had" to go buy it. lol But the dern
thing didn't jell for some reason. We ate it anyhoo.
Anybody want some pie????
Hope everyone had a safe one. AnnE
Thanks, Mike! My son surprised us by being at our daughter's house when
we arrived! He's been in Duluth since last Sunday -- he lied to his
mama about who he was preparing Thanksgiving dinner for. He LIED TO HIS
MAMA! Even LaTwerp has known about this for 10 months and she never
let on one whit!
I so 'cited! We'll bring him home with us and send him back to Tucson
on Sunday. Yeay! I love my kids!
