Hi, Rod,
If the group is open to it, I'd like to throw out 2 different topics that I am working into presenting in larger forums.  So would love to hear the discussion, "food for thought", etc.

Topic #1:  The Role of the Business Analyst in Agile.  How do people think it stays the same?  How does it change?  Does it go away?

Topic #2:  Organizational Agility. Having a Group of Agile Teams does not make a company "Agile".  What is meant by Organizational Agility and what does a company have to consider in making this move?

The schedule has typically been 30 minutes networking and 90 minutes for the topic/discussion.  For March we're going to break the discussion time into two 45 minute sections - the first for a scheduled topic and the second for open space discussion.
