Subject: MNAEG Gathering Thursday, Oct. 27 at 6:00 PM.

*If you are planning to attend the is week's gathering and have not
previously responded stating so, let me know by end-of-day Tuesday so we can
get a good estimate.  Thx - Rod*

The next gathering of MNAEG will take place Oct. 27 at 6:00 PM.

Topic:* *Asking the right questions?

Agenda:

6 – 6:30 PM – “Pre-gathering” - open space, networking, pizza!
6:30-8 PM - main topic - Asking the right questions?

If you watch the discussions from several Agile groups and listen to what
the market says....there is a desire to modify or even eliminate
product Demos, Retrospectives, etc.. The answer is not to eliminate the
meetings, but to change the format to engage the attendees and pop the
feedback.

When you ask the right questions, feedback flows appropriately and easily
- this propels better product development with focused and engaged teams.

Let's bring solutions to the gathering...

8-8:30 – Discuss future gathering plans

I've never attended, so where is the location of the get together?
I'm not sure if I can make it yet or not.

Rod:

Very informative presentation last nite.  Good choice.

I looked at the Google Groups web page for this group
and do not see a resources section.  My suggestion would be to
have a list of Agile Resources people might refer to when
needed.

For starters, how about a list of suggested Agile-related blogs.

1.  Informative resources any one of us might not stumble upon.
2.  Topics in those blogs might rise to the level of a "meeting topic"
      for this group.

So, what Agile-Related Blogs do members of this group read and
would suggest for others?

Thanks,
Steph T

To my fellow MN Agile Group--

Thanks for an informative session last night!  I learned from all of you as
well!  Your input was enlightening and useful....I hope you found nuggets
that you could apply to your teams, too.

Please reach out with any questions...

Cheers!
Liz
