Hi All

Can anyone help me please?  My Ipad has locked after putting a new sim in it.
I have gone from pay as you go to 3G monthly
My Ipad is asking for a passcode but I don't recall making one and all my obvious one do not work

Sometimes SIMs have a default lock. If that's what it is, then it may be 0000 as reported here:

Non-O2 may vary, and this may not be the problem of course. Does it work without the SIM in it? Can you try?
