There are 2 thing to do.
1. Find out what channels are around you.
Use
istumbler to see the channels for any other wifi networks. Compare it to your own wifi network's channel. It helps to be 'in between' any other channels in use.
2. Set your Netgear router to use another channel.
Just login to the router's admin page in your browser, and find the wifi network settings & change the channel. Check the router manual or online support for more info. The Netgear's admin address is 192.168.0.1 by default.
