Hi does anyone know how i convert documents made in pages into a pdf ?

Select Print and choose Save to PDF is probably the easiest way assuming you're using Pages on a Mac rather than iPad.

It's File > Export, select the PDF tab.
There are options in there for changing the quality too, 'good, better and best', they all seem to generate the same file size though :^)
