As of this morning, I added 2 more new members to the group bringing us
to a grand total of 6. I expect we'll be growing, especially now that I
know how and where to check for pending members. I just sent out a
message to wired-mt with instructions on how to sign up. But I think
it's probably a bit early to start and expect any discussions of
substance. I'd suggest that trustees begin by introducing themselves.
You might want to include information about any involvement you might
have had thus far with the MLA Trustee Interest Group.
I'll also add that members can issue invitations to join the group, if
you so choose. These will not be subject to the screening process. I
believe you can also check and see how many other members there are,
view archives, change how you receive messages, etc. by going to the
MLATrustee group page:
http://groups-beta.google.com/group/MLATrustees/
I would like to caution you to change the default option under the email
address box from Add to Invite unless you know that your fellow trustee
REALLY wants to join the group. There's no better way to annoy people
than by signing them up for extra email they don't want.
