Postdoctoral Fellow in Machine Learning

 

Laboratory for Medical Image Data Sciences at National University of Singapore is seeking two motivated postdoctoral researchers with expertise in machine learning and geometric deep learning models.

 

The laboratory has great computing capacity, including multiple M40 and V100 GPU systems for deep learning, and computing clusters for large data set processing. In addition, our laboratory has 4000TB medical image data that are sufficient for deep learning applications.

 

The postdoctoral fellow will work on developing geometric deep learning. Issues to be explored include imbalanced data, scalability, transfer, self-supervision, etc., in prediction, inference, and planning, with applications in medical images. 

 

Requirements:

·      Ph. D. with a good track record of publications at major machine learning, AI, or closely related conferences and journals. 

·      Good communication and writing skills in English.
