Postdoctoral Research Fellow position in Pattern Recognition
for Biomedical Image Analysis and Bioinformatics

PLUS lab (Pattern analysis, Learning, and image Understanding
Systems) -- Italian Institute of Technology in Genova (IIT),
Italy.


A full time postdoctoral research fellowship (up to 4 years) is
available at the PLUS lab (Pattern analysis, Learning, and
image Understanding Systems) of the Italian Institute of
Technology in Genova, Italy. The project objective is to study
and develop Pattern Recognition/Machine Learning methodologies
to Bioinformatics or Biomedical Image Analysis problems.

Candidates should have a PhD in Machine Learning, Pattern
Recognition /Computer Vision or related disciplines (or at
least have submitted the thesis and awaiting the viva).
Applicants research experience, qualification and evidence of
top quality results in the above specified areas in the form of
published papers and/or patents are required.

The salary will be commensurate to qualification and experience
and in line to that of the research institutes in the rest of
Europe.
