I wanted to propose some new cropmarks to expand the
creativity of filmmakers looking to the past of cinema. I
then added a blend of crop seems almost all kinds of old
films that have contributed to the largest cinema in the
world.

I would ask Alex if you can make packages languages
​​... Let me explain:
autoexec.bin can load external file whit menu language?

It would be an interesting solution, in a way that different
people around the world to make language packs ... ML in
this way become a multilingual product easier to use for
everyone;)

You can still make suggestions for the logo or the latest
version of ML is the final logo?

Thanks again for the wonderful work, I hope to give a little
help where I can.

Ps: if the realization of small icons for the menu you can
apply (as is in CANON Menù)?

Thanks for the cropmarks, I'll send them to Sawo.

CHDK has the ability to load language files. For ML, the code isn't
really ready for this (all the messages are hardcoded), and I don't
see any benefit for this. More info here:

For icons, there is already some code which draws bitmap at any size.
With moire and aliasing, of course :)
There are also a few graphics primitives (line, circle, rectangle...)
Graphics should be kept simple, as there's not much memory available.

More fixes:

- Fixed bitrate in all resolutions and frame rates... almost. Low
bitrates sometimes don't go low enough, not sure why (sometimes works,
sometimes not). Also, FW default is really FW default, as without ML
(but it may ask for a reboot in order to ensure this).

- Fixed intervalometer accuracy in NoWait mode (now it can be used as
a clock :P )

- Fixed possible crash with ghost overlay.

New features:

- Audio remote shot has adjustable threshold, which is now relative to
background noise level. So if you move it closer to a PC fan, for
example, it won't trigger, but if you clap your hands, it will
trigger.

- Colorful menu.

Thanks for the latest updates, Alex!

I like the new colorful menu with its icons very much. Now the current
state of the settings can easily be seen at a glance.

One question about AGC: The icons suggest that if it's turned on, the
Analog Gain is disabled (or set to Auto) at the same time, so that the
behaviour of the camera would be the same as when using just the plain
Canon firmware. Is this correct?

About mRAW and sRAW: Since I'm still interested in being able to use
them (with DPP), I would like to ask you, Alex, (or anybody else with
a 60D) to post or upload one sample mRAW and sRAW file of the 60D, so
that I could give it a try and compare them to the ones generated by
the 550D with exiftool (as Morgan pointed out, this seems to be a good
program for comparing the different file tags.) Thanks in advance!

This new ML looks amazing seems way more polished. For some reason im not able to get the splitscreen to work anyone know what im doing wrong? I read the manual and seen it said to go out of focus and when and the split screen should appare I dont know what im doing wrong. good job on this new update

Love the new menu look! I have 18 - 55 & 55-250 lens and magic zoom
with splitscreen works great on those, but doesn't appear on the 50mm
1.8.
If I change the magic zoom setting to '+' then it shows up with the
zoom button.

for some reason i cant get anything but small in magic zoom is there something i have todo to get Med or Large? i see in the screenshot the cam is set to Zrec , Medx2, NW? great new design thank you in advance for reading this. I cant get the split screen to work ive read the manual also.

Hi,
I am using class 10 sandisk Extreme card. When i record in cbr 1.3x with some complex subject of nature trees i get buffer full and stops recording. Is there any solution for this? i am using latest build of this thread of ML

Format the card periodically (it reduces fragmentation) and send me a
bitrate graph for a movie which stopped recording (use Bitrate Viewer
for this). Also mention resolution and frame rate.

Hi Alex,
Now 1.3x and 1.4x was working without buffer fill but only with one signal of buffer fill. I am attaching 1.5x Bitrate viewer chart.

Oh, sorry.. I forgot to mention the resolution!!. It was 1920x1080 24fps. And this card worked with 1.3x and 1.4x settings of cbr when formatted in camera with Low level.
