Switching to Live View mode.

Running the lastest ML (that Alex released a few weeks ago) on a 5DmkII.
With ML installed, whenever the camera is turned on, or camera comes out of sleep mode (by pushing the shutter button 1/2 way) the camera switches to Live View mode within a few seconds.
Is there any way to stop that from happening? I use my camera mostly for photography 90% of the time and it's annoying having to push a button to take the camera out of Live View every time I turn it on, or after it goes to sleep.
I've been using ML for a few months now, and have searched for an option through all the menus, but no luck. Have I missed this option?

I haven't come across that problem. Have you tried deleting the config file under the Config/CF menu?

Movie menu, "Force LiveView" - turn it off.
