Dear colleague,

To commemorate the European Year of Creativity and Innovation, the European
Commission has just launched a photo competition entitled "Imagine a new
world", open to professional and amateur photographers of all ages from
across the EU.

This is a great opportunity for Maltese young people, where they couldexpress
their creativity ... and win fantastic prizes.

The deadline for submission of entries is *31 August 2009**.*

initiative.
