1. Power of the Pen will meet today over the lunch/study hall hour. This is our last meeting before the District Tournament tomorrow! All members must attend!

2. Tomorrow the McCormick Power of the Pen team will attend a District tournament at St. Raphael School in Bay Village. We wish all the writers the best as they represent McCormick Junior High at this 12-school event.

3. Have you noticed the table outside the cafeteria? The articles of clothing displayed on the table are “lost and found” things and will soon be donated to Goodwill. Please claim the clothing that is yours today!

4. Student Council will be taking orders for carnations next week on Monday through Wednesday during both lunches. The cost is $1 per carnation. Carnations will be delivered 8th period on Valentine's Day.
