App Inventor Build Server Help!

Hi, I was trying to setup my App Inventor Build Server (AppEngine
uploading is done.) but when I try to download my APK it just says
Build Failed. I really need help with this. I changed the XML file and
tried these IPs:
101.98.145.112 (Local)
192.168.1.4 (Public)
And also my AppEngine ID, publicinventor.
Nothing works. Just the same old error. Help please!?

Were you able to setup the build server properly? If yes, which is the
puvlic IP for this server? Also note that you also need to mention the
port number i.e. <IP>:9990 in the XML file.

When you hit "debugging" at the top of the screen after the build fails, what is the message?
