Sat run 8:30am @ Battle Creek Park

A small group of us are planning to run this Saturday at Battle Creek Park. Who wants to come? 

Meet up at 8:30am in front of the Recreation Center, 75 Winthrop Street South, St Paul.

Will this group be running the singletrack or the natural ski trails? Also, the singletrack is in good shape for feet.

As much singletrack as we can to get some climbing in. We'll be on ski trails to get to and from the single track from the rec center lot. I was there Wednesday and agree - singletrack is in good shape.

I'm interested.  What's the slowest pace folks will be going for this?  <-- I haven't attended a missing link/organized run in a few years, but this is on my side of town and not as early as some other runs, so I'd like to try and join if possible.  I just don't want to slow down the group.  I know the park well enough that if I get left behind, I can find my way back -- I just would want to mentally prepare myself ahead of time if that was the case.

Woo hoo! Excited about how many people are interested in coming on Sat. 

Our goal for groups run is to stay together; leave no one behind. Typically we run 11-13 min miles on long runs. It looks like we’ll have a little bigger group this Sat, so we can organize into different pace groups, if some people want to run slower or faster.
