I loved the book, in fact I am reading it again for the 5th time. My
only disappointment was that there were no pictures...

Hi!

Thanks so much for your kind words! I regret that there are no pictures to
show - if I had known at the time that I might one day write a book about
it - I would have snapped a few...but frankly, it wasn't a time I wanted to
paste up in the kids' scrapbooks!
