Hello, everyone, and the Happiest of Holiday seasons to you all!

I'm writing to you in hopes that you can offer some assistance with a
quandary I've been mired in for a time, now. I offered to run
"Misfits of Gaming", a monthly gathering for games of all types to be
held on the first Sunday, twelve times a year. The problem has been
two-fold: Finding space (mostly solved) and Finding time (a real
problem).

I have had terrible scheduling problems even with the small amount of
effort organizing this event requires. I have had vacations,
holidays, work, and every other sort of thing come up to prevent me
from doing justice to this group. Frankly, I should be stepping down,
given how badly I've done with things.

I would like, therefore, to find out what suggestions people have and
whether or not anyone would like to see if they can make less of a
mess with things than I have. :)

Perhaps the timing is wrong. Maybe there are too many things in my
life already to fit in "one more". I'm not really sure. But I would
like to know what people think along with suggestions as for how this
can be remedied.

Please answer soon and take care! :)

Yours,
David J Rust
