The Mises Community is having a lot of performance issues, so we would
like to upgrade to the latest version of the software.
I have it running at http://beta.mises.com/Community/ but it's having
a lot of configuration problems and the theme needs work too. \
I could use some help getting things set up.

wow, so the whole theme has to be rebuilt from top to bottom?
Also, the performance is even worse.
Should we consider a completely separate server?
