Subject: RIP to old Literature.aspx page

The Literature.aspx page has been retired after 10 years of service in
various forms.  This is the last vestige of the "Austrian Economics Study
Guide"

The last feature migrated to the new <http://mises.org/Literature/>page was
the author list and literature search.

Next on the list is mises.org/media.aspx.  I've set up the redirect for the
direct link and will delete it after making sure all the features are
migrated and site links updated.
