who do you mistrust, and why?

...

i don't trust anyone who expects perfection from moi.

(they are the worst kind of hypocrites).

these are the unforgiving sort of scumbags.

...

i also don't trust anyone who won't talk to me.

or loan me cash.

(especially if they're afraid of moi).

they show themselves to have a total lack of insight.

...

i also don't trust people who blame the victims.

they are the most dishonest despicably twisted people on earth.

they push "personal responsibility" into la la land.

(mostly because they're shirking their own responsibilities).

you know the type.

they either have their own radio shows or are big fans of same.

(or otherwise incapable of sussing out the truth).

...

i trust people who are selfish and honest about it.

(but not if they look down on those who are NOT greedy).

like, duh.

...

i also don't trust experts who take themselves too seriously.

you know the ones.

they get angry when you disagree with their conclusions.

...

It's more fun to give cash to someone who doesn't expect it.

depends.

IMO, it's pretty "fun" to help people who need it.

i was reading my old journals over the New Year's.

wow.

i've loaned people money all of my life, without hesitation.

i didn't even keep a tally of the loans, i just noted the events in a
stream-of-consciousness way, along with all of my other observations
of the day.

i guess i always figured that if somebody didn't need it, they
wouldn't have asked for it.

because of the way my inventive scatter-brained mind works, i have
much more trouble lending people "things" than lending them "money".

money is just "extra".

"things" are specific "tools" which i often find myself in need of and
which i can't easily replace at 2:00 am when i need them.

money has no function at 2:00 am.

money is just "extra".

IOW, i'm less likely to loan out my laser printer than i am to give
somebody a ream of paper who needs it.

so whatever money i've had over the years that wasn't absolutely
necessary for my immediate survival, i would lend to anyone who asked,
with almost no thought about getting it back.

(even at times when i had very little money).

i guess it's a creative genius thinger of some sort.

anyway, while reading my journals after the Twighlight Zone marathon
last week, one of the things i noticed was how much money i was always
lending people.

and then i compared that to how they have subsequently treated me.

yikes.

...

but as far as people who won't loan me money, i suppose it's much more
a matter of me having a major lack respect for them than a lack of my
trusting them.

i completely trust them to be greedy ungrateful fucks.

the mistrust proclamation was more of a thought-provoking exercise.

that's something i enjoy doing.

making fun of people.
