does this museum close in the winter like the Amsterdam museum does or
will it still be open at the end of October ?

The Rotterdam trammuseum is open only from the first Saturday of April until
the last Saturday of September. So now its closed until April 2010.
Maybe the trammuseum of The Hague is an option. That is open from the first
Sunday in April until the last Sunday in October from 13h until 17h. See the
