Lots of disturbance for a short time, with the government hoping to reap a huge tax reward from the money flows that the event has generated. ...No that's certainly true. Certain persons have attempted to sue RailCorp over being able to get part of their body out of a train for vandalism then getting struck by a piece of fixed lineside infrastructure, and common-sense actually prevailed but I would expect that special legislative changes might be considered to give weight to the implementation of EDR's again so... more »

I'm looking for a map of all L.A. area rail lines, of all types. Purpose: To try to identify potential Metrolink routes. One in particular: North Orange County to Huntington Beach. The track exists and has little use. Second, there is no service from Orange County to Long Beach or Torrance. I think such a line would see a lot of use.... more »
