My dog sleeps about 20 hours a day. He has his food prepared for him. He can eat whenever he wants, 24/7/365. His meals are provided at no cost to him. Rules change?

Saw some sludge in the troll filter about having to log a stop for a short text message or something. Have the rules been changed? (I'm not actively driving so I might have missed it). I never log a change in duty status for changes less than 7 1/2 minutes I do note required stops like tire and load checks).... more »
