Proof of Rooks CDL (Debunked)

now have proof that the images that Rook claims to be of his CDL, are
simply pics he just found somewhere, and not of anything he owns... Read on:
Quick note to Rook: If you would simply quit living in the past, quit
dragging me into this stupid argument, or quit posting all together, I
would have never bothered to find the truth of this matter. And
Remember, YOU begged for me to change my mind on this matter. You did
that by spending the last few years dragging my name into it, telling
everyone that my thoughts of you actually owning a CDL were a hoax and

something... well I finally do.. I now agree that when I was telling
people that I thought you had a CDL, it was part of a HOAX. Happy?

oh, oh... This doesn't make much sense, now I have a SERIOUS question
regarding the validity of this scan that Rook sent to Top... I'm sure
that Rook will have to follow a little bouncing ball to keep up, but I'm
sure the rest of you will have no problem.
Does anyone else remember on Rooks site, he used to have a small, fuzzy,
almost illegible scan of the back of his ('er, I mean "a") CDL. One of
the endorsements that was on that that fuzzy scan was for motorcycle...
Here's my question... Why would Top, a regular and HONEST poster, who
goes out of his way on a regular basis to post his information correctly
and completely, decide to not to include the motorcycle endorsement in
his list of endorsements he saw on the scans that rooks sent to him of
his CDL? Could it be that the motorcycle endorsement wasn't on the scan
that Rook linked to Top? I'm talking about the motorcycle endorsement
that so prominent in the small fuzzy scan that it (for some reason) is
the only endorsement that I really remember seeing.
- The Theory -
I know that people here have seen the scan I'm talking about with the
motorcycle endorsement, and I'm hope someone else remembers it having a
motorcycle endorsement. Anyway, There are three possible reasons for
that I came up with as to why Top didn't mention it:
1) Rook sent Top a link to a scan of a CDL that was NOT his that did not
have the motorcycle endorsement.
or
2) The Fuzzy scan from way back when wasn't Rooks, but the link sent to
Top was in fact a scan of Rooks CDL
or
3) BOTH the Fuzzy scan and the Link sent to Top were fakes or simply Not
Rooks.
- Looking for the truth -
As Many of you know, Rook now admitted to taking his website down
recently, and according to him, he did it of his own accord, and not
because of anything that AT&T told him to do. He said he did it himself
without really getting into detail of the explanation. The reason for
him not explaining it goes with Rook recent posting style of posting
half truths, so that later, when people (like myself, RT, and gashauler)
call him out on his lies, he can say "I meant to add" or "I meant to Say".
But I think I just found the explanation for his page being taken down,
and if this theory of mine is correct, then it leads me to believe that
he is NOW telling the truth about him taking it down of his own accord,
and NOT because of something AT&T told him. Read on:
I wanted to verify that the theory that I'm providing to the regular
readers of this NG is as accurate as possible (You know me, I don't
state fact without having links), so I just went searching on Rooks
current site looking for that old, fuzzy scan... And surprise,
surprise... it's gone... its been replaced with a scan of a CDL front
that only shows the issue and expiation dates (it expired in 2005).
So... Not wanting to disappoint, I went to my PDF'ed archives of Rook's
site... My Archives of Rooks CDL Scan's page is dated March 10, 2006,
and guess what.. The image of the BACK of the CDL was missing when I
archived it. There is a place holder for the file named BackSideOfNewCDL
(52272 bytes) that shows where the NOW MISSING image of the back of his
CDL was before Rook removed it.
- Conclusion -
Top posted his message of what he saw on Rooks Link on March 8th, 2006,
and TWO DAYS LATER... the scans of ANY endorsements (Fuzzy or clear as a
bell) are gone, deleted, Missing, or returned to their real owners.
Here's another question: The homepage image of the BACK of his CDL was
replaced with a scan of what he claims to be the front of his OLD
CDL... SO why then would he have the back of his NEW CDL on the scan
page that I archived? Could it be that he not find images on the
Internet of the front AND back of the same IL state issued CDL that ALSO
contained a motorcycle endorsement, so he had to work with the images he
could find online and hope that someone like myself would not put all of
this together?

- Side notes -
I'll have to explain why the links to the PDF's to this theory of mine
is NOT on my site real quick:
If anyone has been on my website recently (And I don't know if anyone
has or not, because I've removed all counters, logging and such, so if
you go, you'll be completely anonymous) You'll notice that there is
absolutely no information or pages about Rook anywhere on it anymore.
This is NOT because of anything I was told to do by my ISP or anyone
else... the reason is quite simple.. I have limited space on my PWP,
only 10 megs, and I had to make room for a movie that was quite large.
HINT: "My Friend" RT could probably find the movie with VERY LITTLE
PROBLEM, and attest to the fact that it is fairly large: approx 17
minutes in length containing photos I've taken over the years,
commentary by me, and music, some of which I think he would enjoy. RT if
you look, let me know what you think.
Anyway, as long as that web space hog of a film is sitting on my pwp, I
don't have room for all the "Rook Stuff" anymore... So... look for the
PDF's on Geocities.com at the throw away address listed above.
And be sure to keep following this thread as Rook makes another
desperate attempt to prove to all of us that everything regarding this
matter that he has said to date was simply Half truths ("I meant to
say...") Full blown lies ("I'm a professional, dammit"), and more
attempts at trolling (<insert ANY other Rook quote for an example of
trolling here>).

RTQ made it sound as though you had actually seen a bonafide copy of
his alleged CDL.
I could ask you to verify a scan of my Doctorate in Philosophy degree
(which I do not possess, BTW, but could make one up pretty easily) and
the results would be the same..

No offense taken. I was asked to do something, not at rookie's request,
and I reported what I saw. To be fair I didn't see anything that would
lead me to think it was a fake or not a fake. You are correct in that
what I saw at a URL that rookie provided. It was my impression that he
was going to take it down soon after that for privacy reasons. I have no
intention to make the case one way or another. That's a gutter I'll stay
out of.
