1992 or '93. When we started it, there were only maybe a dozen or so posts
a day, usually from newbies, wanting to know 'What's trucking really
like?', or 'How do I get started trucking?', or the occasional 4-wheeler
ranting about truckers getting in his way. -One memorable post from a
4-wheeler driver who considered the appearance of logging tricks 'evil'- :)
I think all the other originators have moved on to more private, and/or
moderated venues. I will join them.
You people have made a cesspool of m.t.t.- I'm not naming names because I
can't keep track of who is who, who pissed off who, who is impersonating
who, and frankly, I don't care.
Maybe, if someone puts forth the effort at some time in the future to start
a moderated newsgroup dedicated to trucking in the USA, I'll be back. I
have nothing against drivers and other interested parties from elsewhere on
the globe, but there is enough latitude here to make U.S. trucking topical.
If someone wants to draw up a charter, I'd heartily recommend limiting the
number of public posts from any one individual to a few a day-maybe 3-or
even 2. There are some participants here who have diarrhea of the keyboard.
It's boring. Keep your flaming to private e-mail. To any potential
moderator, only allow posts with valid return e-mail addresses. Anonymous
posts only invite flame wars.
Anyway, Goodbye. You folks have made your bed, now sleep in it. Without me.

I've tracked down the day this fire was originally set to a post by Dave
Ruff on 12-16-03. After that the Supernews.SuperK00K used a name similar to
mine on 12-25-03 and then there were numerous other little fires that were
started, including the one that realitytrucker burns today.
As long as no one cares to take a look at the circumstances behind this
stupid shit flame war, nothing will be done about it.
Fact is or should I say the fact was posted by Humpty. I'm really nothing
like Zčke and realitytrucker have tried to make me look. Now stop your crap
and I won't have to respond to your crap. Pretty simple eh?

You are witnessing a newsgroup hijacking where posters are directing all
their effort to give tscottme something he wanted on September 12, 2003 and
what tscottme wanted does not include you.
I replied to a post by Richard in September 2003 tscottme hijacks my thread
to tell me not to reply to Richard, I ignored him, he hijacks my thread
again, I ignore him again then I get hit by Sarge right after that. I can
easily prove that one thing led to another after that and I can still prove
that all the BS I get today is based on what I did when I posted about
getting my CDL on September 11, 2003.
Then a month or two later Dave Ruff and then Zeke were hard at me.
Then on February 17, 2004 Dave Ruff even starts a thread to try and get me
to stop posting and tscottme took advantage of that thread to claim I was
Richard.
After tscottme claimed I was Richard was when the shit really hit the fan
because the lies just kept getting worse and worse and worse and worse after
that especially when a poster I know as realitytrasher added more BIG LIES
to tscottme and Dave Ruff's BIG LIES. More at:
